What is MSC?

Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is an evidenced-based, 8-week training program based on the ground breaking research of Dr. Kristin Neff and the clinical expertise of Dr. Christopher Germer. MSC teaches core principles and practices that enable us to respond to difficult moments in our lives with kindness, care, and understanding.

Self-Compassion for Health Professionals (6 weeks) is designed for busy people, who have time constraints, yet want to learn ways to build their emotional resources.

Targeted at health professionals and provides evidenced-based strategies to manage stress, anxiety, burnout as well as powerful micro self-care practices.
